LACE FINISH
A Lace Finish is the “Skip trowel” stucco finish. It has historically been the favored finish of production home builders because it is the fastest to install, and hides imperfections well.

DASH FINISH
This stucco finish is sprayed by a specialized texture machine resulting in an even and consistent texture. Dash finishes have a bit more contemporary feel.

FINE SAND FINISH
Same as coarse sand but with a finer grain size. This finish is a bit more elegant than the coarse sand, but it tends to hide imperfections to a lesser degree.

COARSE SAND FINISH
A coarse sand finish is a popular finish that is applied using a foam float that brings the sand grains evenly to the surface. Because of the grain size, this finish does a reasonably good job of hiding imperfections.

SMOOTH STEEL TROWEL FINISH
A smooth stucco finish, also known as a steel trowel finish, is one of the most difficult textures to achieve and is also the most popular among homeowners because it’s easiest to clean and offers a finish closest to looking like a painted home.

SANTA BARBARA FINISH
A Santa Barbara stucco finish is formulated to achieve a semi-smooth, irregular texture. To achieve it’s unique texture, the brown coat is not flat like in the smooth coat, giving it depth, character and elegance. Santa Barbara consists of a nearly completely smooth surface with underlying undulations.
